Things were fine until the 4th quarter and I wasn't ready for it. I definitely did spend more time 'learning' and trying to use what I learned throughout the year. As for 2010 you've just about read my mind! Now I'm anticipating, 'being ready & available' for when business picks up again, exercise my business 'muscles', spend more time going out and looking for open doors, offer new services... 2009 was without question depressing but I have high hopes and much more optimism for 2010 :-) Hi Corey,
