Hi Corey,
The particular "metric' involved aside (and you make a good point about metrics tools!) -
I'd like to discuss this topic in general much more. I do believe that SM will become an extremely useful and productive office tool, and at the same time, a marketing tool. I also believe the driving force for implementing it within larger organizations will be the employees themselves.

Note re Facebook - I "still" do not find it so called easy to use, even though I keep practicing and exploring.

Note re e-News: How did I end up here?! You've always taught that "everybody" has email. Well, except for my aunt in the Scottish hinterlands, yes they do. And I am far more likely to follow a link in an email than spend 2 hours messing around with F*book.

There - I just posted twice on your blog in less time than it took me to drink half a cup of coffee.

Have a great day Corey!

Thank you David. I figured a guy like you would see this post very quickly. I especially appreciate your understanding that I have no malicious motive. Thanks for coming down to Charlotte. We appreciated your involvement in Social Fresh.

Thank you for pointing this out. While it wasn't my intention to mislead—I think you are correct, this could distort the picture given the reliance on widgets. I'll probably swap this slide for an original pie chart that I had there in the first place that called our percentages of use for specific forms of social media.
