We ended up renting the house for two years. Today is Saturday, December 5 2009 and I just found out my renters are leaving. So now I'm desperate to sell it again. We're not sure how. We may involve an agent or we may just try to sell it ourselves. One thing is for sure. We've GOT to sell and therefore will let it go at the lowest price we can.
