The Thoms Estate in Asheville – You gotta see this!

May 30th, 2007 View Comments

The Thoms Estate in Asheville has finally got their website up and running as of today.  I’ve been in conversations with them (as part of my relationship with The Goss Agency) for about seven months now.

It’s an amazing estate that Global Development Resources, Inc is developing.  They are keeping the original feel of a large Asheville estate and building “distinctive hamlets that range from 1,700 to 5,500 square feet”.

The inside scoop is that it is the last undeveloped 100 acres in Asheville, North Carolina and it is only 3.8 miles from Pack Square.

I’ve been on the site where they are building and it is beautiful.  Some parts of it overlook downtown Asheville and that view is amazing.

We’ve got a ton of work to do to get this estate the attention online that it deserves.  The site went up today and we are getting to work on it right away.

The new site gives more information.  Go check out The Thoms Estate in Asheville at www.TheThomsEstate.com.

  • I must say, it is beautiful. I visited my Grandma on her estate every Thanksgiving for years as a child. Its weird for me to think that my great Grandmas house is going to be a clubhouse.
